A full-length, 1st-screening (in France) film competition will be judged by an International Youth Jury and by a local jury while the short animated film competition will be judged by a school jury.

 

> The International Youth Jury will be composed of a dozen or so young foreigners and 5 local youth aged from 13 to 15 years old. It will decide the Grand Prize winner and will be at the heart of the country and cultural exchanges made during the Festival.

 

> A local jury will be comprised of avid movie-goers involved in the Festival and will decide the winner of the Award given by the town of Hirson.

 

> The school jury will be made up of a voluntary class of the primary school cycle 3.
